Class Schedule

Jeanavos Pyram is an experienced certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with a decade of fitness training experience. His diverse training background includes working with athletes, students, and older adults across several gyms and fitness clubs such as YMCA, McGill gym, and bootcamps. He has a wealth of experience running both personal and group training exercises and classes. Studio Pyram will be based on utilizing his specialized skill set with teaching classes and building innovative eccentric training regimens for his personal training customers.

Kettle + Wheel
Monday: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Our Kettlebell + Wheel class will teach you to perform a variety of movements designed to strengthen, improve core stability, burn fat and tone your body. Using an innovative combination of the kettlebell and the flywheel, this course is an excellent choice for those looking for a unique challenge with undeniable results.
Full Body Fly
Thursday: 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Full Body Fly focuses on full body conditioning, enhancing recomposition goals and maximising performance. Flywheel and free weights are used together to address mobility activations, strength, flywheel complex training, core work and cardio.
Fly Tone
Saturday: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Try out our Fly Tone class if you’re looking for a workout focussed on conditioning. Here we use the flywheel, bodyweight movements, and Equalizer bars for a distinctive exercise experience that will tone up your body, build lean mass and burn fat.
